Global Warming

Polyester is made from oil, a fossil fuel.  Extracting it causes global warming.  So does making it and transporting it from factories in Asia.

Micro-plastic Pollution

Washing and wearing our polyester uniforms releases billions of micro-plastics into the water and air.  They are in our food, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

Chemical Pollution

Our uniforms are made with chemical dyes and often sprayed with chemicals to make them stain and wrinkle resistant. These chemicals are bad for the environment and our health.
